Shipping & Returns
Delivery
Most in-stock orders are shipped from our Distribution Center by UPS or USPS, to arrive within
five business days of shipping. In the event of delay, we will notify you by email. Items sent
directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the
same box. Items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states requires special handling.

Prices and Sales Tax
All prices are up to date on our site. We are required to collect sales tax for delivery to New
York on merchandise and delivery charges. The local sales tax of the delivery destination will
be added to your final invoice.

before your order is shipped. A $2.50 handling fee will be added to the cost of your shipping.
Our Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or full
refund of your purchase price, assuming that returns are made within 7 days of the delivery of
your purchase and that returned items are in their original condition. We regret that petals,
sale items and items made to order cannot be returned.
